What this site is
Peptide Calculator is a free, client-side reconstitution calculator for peptides. You enter three numbers — the vial amount in milligrams, the bacteriostatic water in millilitres, and a dose in micrograms or milligrams — and it returns four results: the concentration in mg/mL and mcg/mL, the volume of one dose in millilitres, the syringe units on a U-100 syringe, and the doses in the vial. The calculation runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, nothing is saved, no account is needed, and there are no cookies. The formulas are printed on every calculator page, so any result can be checked by hand in under a minute.
The site exists because the arithmetic is easy to get wrong and the consequences of a slipped decimal point are a thousand-fold error. One milligram equals 1,000 micrograms, and confusing the two is the most common mistake in this math. A tool that shows every step — concentration, volume, units, doses — and that warns when a result would not fit in a syringe, is more useful than a tool that shows only an answer. That is the whole design idea: transparency over brevity.
What this site is not
This site is not medical advice, and it is not a source of health information. It does not recommend any dose, any schedule, any protocol, any product, or any vendor. It does not sell peptides or anything else. It does not discuss effects, benefits, or risks of any compound, because those are medical questions and this is a calculator. Every preset, worked example, table, and chart on the site is an arithmetic illustration and is labelled as such. If a page anywhere on the internet presents a dose as a recommendation, that is a reason to distrust the page, not to follow it.
The site is also not a store, a clinic, or a forum. There is no checkout, no booking, and no community. The contact page exists so that errors in the math or the content can be reported by email; it is not a channel for health questions, and health questions sent there will be directed to a licensed healthcare professional instead of answered.
The boundary, in full
The boundary is simple and it is stated on every page: pure math only — not medical advice. The tool converts numbers you enter. It never tells you what numbers to enter, what the numbers mean for your health, or what to do with the result. That line is what keeps the tool verifiable — arithmetic can be checked by anyone — and it is what keeps the site honest about its limits. If you need guidance about your health, a licensed healthcare professional is the right person to ask.
How the site is built
Peptide Calculator is a static site built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS, hosted on a private server. There is no database and no backend: the calculator is plain client-side arithmetic, and the pages are pre-rendered HTML. The design — a dark and light theme, a slow-turning helix drawn on a canvas, serif headlines — is deliberately quiet, because the numbers are the content. The site uses no analytics cookies and no tracking in its first version; if analytics are added later, this page will say so.
Affiliate disclosure
This site may include affiliate links in the future — for example, links to sellers of bacteriostatic water or syringes. Any such link will be clearly labelled as an affiliate link, and the site will never recommend a vendor or a product. Affiliate links, if present, do not change the calculator or its results in any way: the math is the same with or without them. At the time of writing, no affiliate links are live on this site.
Accuracy and corrections
The formulas on this site are standard unit conversions and can be verified against any reference. The worked examples and tables are computed from those formulas, not copied from elsewhere. The search volumes quoted on the homepage (for example, about 17,000 US searches a month for “retatrutide dosage calculator”) come from our own keyword research in November 2026 and are presented as research figures, not as promises about traffic. If you find an arithmetic error anywhere on the site, please report it by email and it will be corrected.
